I far prefer loose leaf tea and have a teapot collection to show for it. These wonderful organic teas are a wonderful addition to any collection.
This full leaf variety of green tea, has been organically grown in the Hunan provence of China, and offers a full bodied, smooth, and slightly smokey flavour.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
