Placement of an order implies you have read, understood any fully accept our Terms and Conditions as stated.

Prices and Currency

GroundedLife is a New Zealand company and default prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Orders can be are processed in NZD or AUD however the AUD price will include the conversion cost and will be rounded to the nearest $

GroundedLife reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice.

Payment and Security

We accept payment via credit card using Shopify payments, apple pay, google pay,and Paypal.

Credit Card

GroundedLife uses Shopify Payments for its online credit card transactions.

Payments are processed in real-time. GroundedLife does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by Shopify.

Packaging

Here at GroundedLife we love to use pre-loved, re-usable and recyclable or compostable packaging to get your parcel to you.    We use compostable Courier bags and lots of preloved paper and boxes to protect your precious purchases. 

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping within NZ $6.  Free for orders over $80.

We pack and despatch orders as fast as we can.  Under normal circumstances they are shipped the following day.  Delivery can vary but in most circumstances for NZ it will be 1-5 days. Shipping is by courier and is tracked - details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is despatched.

AU Shipping is a flat rate of $20.  International shipping is untracked and can take 7-21 days.  If you wish to have your shipment tracked get in touch and we will quote the cost to do so.

Unfortunately we are not currently setup to ship outside of New Zealand and Australia.

Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box number or Private Bag.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you aren't happy get in touch. 

If you are not happy with the items we will provide a refund or exchange for unopened and unused items if returned within 7 days of receiving your order (unless faulty). 

The cost of freight of the initial shipment and the cost to return the goods will only be reimbursed when the goods are faulty.
