Cultivating your own sprouts has been made effortless with our GoodLife free-standing mesh sprout lids. Crafted to match our GoodLife 1Litre Jars as well as most 86mm wide glass jars, these lids promote easy water drainage for sprout growth. Just fill the jar with your desired sprout seeds, add water, and flip it upside down; the jar can then drain in the sink or on the counter while you attend to your day. Giving your sprouts a twice-daily rinse and a good shake in the jar are encouraged for optimal air flow.
